State Farm® Insurance Agent Jeremy Weitting

"Was with Jeremy since 2017, everything was good up until the past couple years. they would quote me a price, when my bill would go through (because im on auto pay) it would come out double what they quoted me. when I confronted them on the matter, Hailey and Deb said the didn't know where my money was going, and that they needed some time to investigate, and that jeremy was taking over the investigation, and would be in touch, he never called me, told his employees that he did (that was dishonest), and Hailey informed me that the money got taken in collections. Only reason im not giving them a 1 star is because im still with state farm (a different agent), with hopes of better business in the future. If you insure with Jeremy, just double check where your money is going, hope this helps."

"I experienced a very poor business relationship with this Jeremy Weiting State Farm insurance ageny. I was with them for 13 years and they carried my homeowners insurance policy and never had one claim. Had a roofer on my roof and took many pics of Storm Damage. I immediately send photos in and they sent a claims adjuster for a look. I heard nothing for weeks. I called and called several times with no phone calls in return. Finally they said no damage was evident and a new adjusted was suppose to view my roof. After several calls to the office gals, no answers were given to me. I finally got a hold of Jeremy Weitting and he specifically told me he would put this on top of his priority list and let me know in 2 or 3 days. Well, two and a half more weeks went by with me leaving messages just trying to find out the status and still no phone calls back. Finally after two month of this B/S they told me it was again denied. This Agent and office staff handled by business in a very poor manner. The lack of communication combined with no support of there own in regards to my roof. I had pics of damage on shingles, gutters and vents. This State Farm Agent gives State Farm a very bad name. Warning Stay away!!!"

Always charged us more next bill with out us knowing, called left messages no call backs, asked to take my account off automatically payment they did not do that not I’m negative in my account. Asked them to do this weeks ago. Debbie is the worse one she says I have notes but never calls back if you go in there don’t talk to her. I would never recommend this place I’d go with out insurance before going back there"

They have crazy reasons why , today I called and waited for a response from Deb . She first found a discount after i said i was searching. Then I called other places and received a 550 quote with better coverage. I called back and was told she would contact me back , never did . So I called and a guy answered. He said Deb put a note in saying they can’t match or get close to my quote. So why wasn’t that a call back ? Our insurance has gone up 200 in the last two months. So thats alot to go up . They have hidden prices they toss in . Watch your bill . No tickets no nothing in over 15 years ."

"I got many quotes his was by far the cheapest and his quote didn't change when I purchased it. The other state farm payment went up by hundreds of dollars after I got quoted. He was friendly and fast I definitely recommend everyone to get insurance here."
